How to Start Healing - 3 Beginner Tips
So you’ve heard of the Law of Attraction and you know you should start healing and raising your vibe, but maybe you’re a bit like me and didn’t know where to start.
When I first started on my healing journey, I didn’t even realize what I was doing.
So, it’s very likely you are already healing yourself as you read this, but don’t even know it either. I’m going to break it down for you, so you can amplify your healing efforts for some faster and lasting results!

The first thing you might be wondering is what is the Law of Attraction anyway?
The Law of Attraction states “like attracts like” meaning things of similar energy attract more of the same.
So now when you see #positivevibesonly all over social media, it means they are putting out positive vibes to get positive vibes back (aka like attracts likes)
Let’s take it 1 step further…
When you raise your frequency, you literally make yourself a positive vibe! You have increased your vibration, which means you will become a magnet for higher frequency things, and by things, I mean relationships, life situations, material goods, safety, etc.
Tip #1: Drink water
…and more specifically, at least half of your body weight in ounces.
This seems so mediocre and silly, but by taking 1 small step toward better health, you are raising your vibration!
Try to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. When you hit that goal, keep going until you hit 1 gallon of water each day.
Not only will your skin and body thank you, your energy field will, too! You will officially be raising your vibration aka healing.
*Consult your physician if you feel it is necessary before changing your diet.
Tip #2: Practice gratitude daily
I choose 10 things each day and write them down in a journal. I also think back to the day before and jot down the blessings I received that day.
Example: “thank you for my health because it is my wealth.”
I have given thanks for my health, so in return, I will receive more health.
Tip #3: Move your body for 30 minutes/day at least
Heck! Start at 20 minutes per day and work your way up.
At first, it might not seem like such a big deal, which is the point. If it’s no big deal to move for 20 minutes each day, then you should never miss a day, right?
Soon, the habit will develop and your body will crave the movement.
Showing gratitude for your health will return more health to you, so I like to thank my body for moving before every workout…which brings me to my BONUS tip.
BONUS Tip: Add 1 serving of raw vegetable or fruit to your daily meals
The idea here is that you want to begin to move away from processed foods as best you can.
I know it’s challenging for many people to eat a healthier diet, so we are starting small by only adding 1 serving each meal. As you start to feed your body proper nutrients, straight from beautiful Mother Earth, your vibration will rise.
Have you heard of cancer patients that heal themselves by drastically changing their diet to vegetarian or vegan? Same idea here.
All of these tips can be done any time, anywhere, so I encourage you to take action today!
