Subscription Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing email@example.com.
Your subscription is considered terminated the date the email is sent, and your card on file will no longer be charged.
If you choose to cancel your subscription and you have rollover sessions available, all available sessions must be complete within 3 months from the date of cancellation. After 3 months, the rollover sessions are considered expired & the charges will not be refunded.
Session Re-Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
All sessions start on time and take place via Zoom, so please be on time & prepared for your session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late from the start time of the session, it will be cancelled and you will not be refunded for that session.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule a session, you must do so 24 hours before your session date & time.
If you fail to re-schedule or cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, the session is considered expired & will not be refunded.
Cancellation & re-scheduling links are in the email confirmation for your scheduled session.
It is your responsibility to cancel or re-schedule your session if needed. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance with cancelling or re-scheduling a session.
