Ways to Love Yourself

I realized that a lot of coaches and spiritual gurus talk about how we need to work from a place of love & joy and then surrender our desires to the Universe.  I completely agree 100%, but if you’re anything like me, it might be a challenge for you to figure out where to start on ways to love yourself.

You see, a lot of us believe in love, want to be loved, love others and can feel love, but we might have a hard time loving ourselves completely.  I can empathize with anyone in that boat because I used to be there, too.  Of course, I loved myself, but that love is nothing like the love I currently have for myself and others now, too!

So, here are some ways you can start really loving yourself completely.


One way I love myself daily is by feeding my mind, body and soul with positivity.  I move my body for at least 20 minutes a day.  I drink enough water.  I am very conscious of the ideas and thoughts I allow my mind to consume.

To maintain this lifestyle, it takes awareness.  I recommend the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle to help with building your awareness & living in the present.


Not a day goes by that I don’t say thank you for something in my life.  The Secret taught us that practicing gratitude (giving thanks) helps us apply the Law of Attraction and manifest all that our heart desires.  When you give thanks for something, you receive more of that something.  I apply this to the current state of my life, but I also use it for the future Lindsay.

Example of current Lindsay gratitude: “I am thankful for my health because it is my wealth.”

Example of future Lindsay gratitude: “I am so thankful for being able to help thousands of people heal.”

As I write this, I have not yet  helped thousands, but I am grateful that future Lindsay gets to, and I have faith the Universe will align this for me.  I feel it deeply in my soul.

When you practice gratitude, you are placing love and joy in your heart.


My program is called the Raise Your Vibe Program.  One easy and fun way to raise your vibration is to reduce the amount of toxins that are applied to your skin.  It was estimated (over 10 years ago) that women place over 170 chemicals on their body during their skin care routine.  I don’t know about you, but that statistic disturbed me and pushed me to do better!

When we detox our bodies, our vibration rises.  When our vibration rises, our frequency rises.  When we can achieve and maintain a high frequency, we attract high frequency life situations and experiences, and I want all the best life situations and experiences I can have in this lifetime!  Isn’t that the whole point?!?

Nobody is meant for suffering.  It is our birthright to have our wildest dreams come true.
